If you are eligible to join the Scheme please complete the online enrolment form.
Please note:
- The Plan Reference is FID
- Before you submit the form please print and sign it and send it to the Pensions Team
- When you submit the form it will be emailed to your Pensions Team for authorisation
- Once authorised you will receive a confirmation letter sent to your personal email address. Please send an email to admin@stmfidecspensions.gi if you do not receive a letter within one week of submitting your form.
